Overwatch wasn’t the only big game release these past few days. The long awaited Total War: Warhammer game also launched.
Server demand has made multiplayer games crash, as a result of the game having problems keeping up. The Total War: Warhammer Twitter account itself acknowledged the issue.
Due to server load the multiplayer server is having trouble keeping up. If you click around it will crash – please have patience and wait.

The go-to solution in the meantime seems to be verifying the integrity of your Steam cache. If that doesn’t work it’s recommended you visit the official subreddit for the game, and publish your concerns there.
At the time of writing this article, Total War: Warhammer is delivering top levels of current players on the Steam platform. Beating out Grand Theft Auto V completely, and recording numbers in the same range as Team Fortress 2 and Fallout 4 is a sign of a successful launch, certainly.
But in the meantime, the latest drivers for NVIDIA cards detail issues with Total War: Warhammer. According to the 368.22 notes, efforts are ongoing:
