From Software have shared new screenshots and details for Dark Souls 3. Many ideas from Bloodborne have been appropriated for sure.
Aside from some illustrations of the armor designs, the screenshots show PVP, co-op, and these gameplay features:
Bloodstains indicate where other players died, giving you fair warning.
Blood messages go further, giving you a chance to warn players of exactly what’s coming up (unless you want to mess with them). You can leave blood messages yourself, and if yours get read, your HP will go up and your message will stick around.
If you lose your power of fire, you can now get it back temporarily using embers. These let you summon allies and temporarily boost your HP.
Finally, you can see phantoms of other players themselves haunting your world.
Dark Souls 3 will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in Japan on March 24, and in North America and Europe in April 2016. You can check out the screenshots below.
