The network test beta for Dark Souls 3 has just gone live on the PlayStation 4 and is available for download via the North American PlayStation Store, publisher Bandai Namco has revealed.
To play the game, you'll need to first download the game and have a code to access the network test, which you could have applied for on this website. Applications are now closed, however.
The test will run from October 16 to October 18 in North America and Japan. There are no plans for a stress test in Europe.

The game's director Hidetaka Miyazaki recently talked about the differences and similarities between Dark Souls 3 and the previous games in the series, as well as Bloodborne. He stated how the game would be borrowing aspects from some of those games but eschewing others.
The game is slated for release in April for Europe and North America. It will be out on March 24 in Japan. It comes out for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
The studio also plans to release an expansion for Bloodborne titled The Old Hunters later this year.
