The Tumbler from Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight film trilogy is coming to Batman Arkham Knight, publisher Warner Bros. has teased.
A new video, which you can see above, showcasing the new 1989 Batman Movie DLC pack ends with a glimpse of the armoured vehicle which appeared in all three of Nolan's movies. In those films, the Tumbler came with twin machine guns, mines, a rocket launcher, and a landing hook but it's unlikely they'll make it into the game in their default state, if they do at all.
Precise details regarding the Tumbler and its armament in the game have yet to be confirmed. Warner Bros. has also declined to announce a release date for the DLC.
In the meantime, the new DLC adds the Batmobile from Tim Burton's 1989 Batman movie, along with a new outfit inspired by the film, and two new racetracks inspired by sequel Batman Returns. This Batmobile is said to have better handling than the default one in the game and can be used after the Arkham Knight's drone tanks have been removed from the city's streets.
The 1989 DLC is available today for $1.99 on PS4 and Xbox One.
