Dark Souls 3 is a thing. Word (and more than just words) have leaked out about the upcoming From Software title ahead of E3 2015, where it's set to debut. In a video released by The Know, Dark Souls 3 will be copming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2016 and will introduce a number of fresh gameplay concepts previously unexplored in earlier titles of the series. Release for the PC is "negotiable", meaning that it'll depend on how well the game's preorders or sales look like for the consoles.
The game appears to be visually on par with Bloodborne, From Software's recently released PlayStation 4 exclusive, and is set in a dark fantasy world similar to Lordran, as with previous Dark Souls games.
The YouTube channel describes Dark Souls 3's new concepts including the ability to sacrifice enemies to invade other players' worlds, and a "heat up" mechanic for bosses that alters the way they behave.
