Bethesda is known for two major RPG franchises. With The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, plenty of fans is eager for Bethesda’s upcoming launches. However, instead of dabbling into either two of the franchises for their next release, we’re instead going to receive a brand new IP. Today, we’re getting a look at a new tease for the upcoming Starfield video game.
Starfield is slated to release next year, and so far, marketing details on the game have been scarce. Bethesda hasn’t been too keen on showcasing just what exactly the game will entail. In fact, Bethesda has yet to showcase any gameplay footage. That should change soon, but today, we have a new concept art piece released. As shared on Twitter, Starfield developers are giving players a look at what will be a lush jungle planet. Unfortunately, this is just a concept image, so there might be some slight changes in appearance, but this will give some idea of what to expect.
The tweet also tells followers that they can expect different environments that are thriving with life. Of course, we have some high expectations of what to expect for Starfield. After all, these are the folks behind, as previously mentioned, The Elder Scrolls and Fallout IPs. Likewise, this will be a big release for Microsoft after they acquired Bethesda.
Again, details are still a bit scarce for this game. However, we know that this is set in the distant future where humanity has colonized space. It’s also set after a war that’s established some uneasy peace. Players will apparently take the role of a space explorer, which means visiting different locations like this jungle planet. Currently, Starfield is slated to launch on November 11, 2022, for the PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
