We have several details for you for Halo 5 Guardians that we are sure you are going to like to see.
First off, you can check the video above for some Breakout Trench gameplay from beta. Breakout is a game mode with near instant kill. Inspired by paintball, it demands strategy and careful movement. You should not necessarily move slowly or stay still, but the last thing you want is to move too far ahead.
As our source Ready Up Live (whom you can subscribe to on YouTube here) points out, the beta is a lot of fun and works well. This should hopefully clear up any concerns from fans worried the game will repeat the mistakes ofHalo The Master Chief Collection.
If that looks great, unfortunately, an issue has been found in the same beta. This is not a technical bug so much as it is a balance issue. Sniping is way too easy on the game now, so much so that you can get a headshot aiming from the arm. While it’s unlikely to make it to the final game, it’s still definitely an issue the game has now.
Finally, we have some interesting speculation for you regarding Locke’s female teammate. This fan argues that she must be Holly Tanaka. Tanaka is a Spartan-IV whose backstory is explored in the comics.
Halo 5 Guardians will be released on October 27 exclusively on Xbox One.
