Hearthstone Available Now for Android Tablets

December 16, 2014 by Jacob Saylor

Take your addiction with you.

Hearthstone is one of the most successful games to come out this year. While some criticize the game for being too random, there's a huge, competitive community that has spawned as a result of the game's success. It's almost always one of the top games on Twitch TV. Given Hearthstone's free-to-play nature, it really doesn't surprise us that the game has done so well. There's also the simple fact that it's a Blizzard Entertainment title. With this taken into account, it's basically predetermined that the game would be a masterclass in game development.

For those of you who prefer the Android OS to others, there's some welcome news on the horizon. Hearthstone, as of today, is available for your Android tablets. The Android tablet version of Hearthstone requires 1 GB of RAM, a 6-inch or larger screen and Android 4.0. Blizzard recommends that players use Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or Fire OS 4.5.1. By downloading the game on a new platform, Blizzard offers players a free classic card pack.

Take your Hearthstone addiction on the go with any of these compatible Android tablet options:
