Wasteland 2 came out last month and was heralded with generally favorable reviews. With games as big as Wasteland 2, there's always a need for patches and updates, though. A new update will be coming to the game very soon, which promises a long list of features and bug fixes. PC gamer sifted through the list and chose some of the more interesting additions to the game, which breach a whole host of different subjects. One of the updates that really struck us was the optimization of audio software to improve how the game runs on lower-spec systems. This shows a willingness by developer inXile Entertainment to change and mold the gameplay experience for their audience, something Blizzard Entertainment has proven to be a necessity with its flagship title: World of Warcraft.
