You can’t get away from Destiny these days, and Activision—intending to incentivize sales of both Destiny and the upcoming Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, has put together a limited time pre-order bonus that comes included with the Call of Duty title, rewarding players in Destiny with a level 20 legendary Blacksmith Armor Shader.
So what does it do, exactly? It lets everyone know you pre-ordered Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare by giving your character a customized paintjob that personalizes the look of your armor. Use it to apply shades of gun metal gray, bullet brass yellow, and a metallic silver to your Guardian’s armor.
The armor shader pre-order bonus is exclusive to Gamestop preorders of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, so you’ll have to head over there to pick it up. You have to make your pre-order by 21 September to get your code.
Destiny is set for release on September 9 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Meanwhile, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare comes out on November 4 for the same platforms as well as the PC.
