Tecmo Koei has put out a new trailer for Hyrule Warriors, this time with a focus on Zelda, the series’ titular character, who also happens to be playable this time around.
The Hylian princess, Zelda, who is best known for being a damsel in distress throughout the Legend of Zelda series, gets a reprieve from being kidnapped by Ganondorf to actually arm herself in battle with a sword and bow-and-arrow.
Fans will be delighted to discover that she appears to be every bit as capable as Link and the other playable characters in the game.
Previous trailers published by Tecmo Koei have showcased Link, Impa, and the Fire Rod item.
Hyrule Warriors is set for a September 26 release date in the United States (it comes out in August for Japan), and is exclusive to the Nintendo Wii U.
