Altmer
Destruction Talent (1 rank) – if you use the Destruction Staff, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Spellcharge (3 ranks) – Magicka Recovery in combat goes up 3, 6, or 9 %, depending on your rank.
Gift of Magnus (3 ranks) – Magicka Recovery goes up 4, 7, or 10 %, depending on your rank.
Elemental Talent (3 ranks) – Cold, Fire, or Shock damage goes up 2, 4, or 6 %, depending on your rank.
Argonian
Restoration Expertise (1 rank) – if you use the Restoration Staff, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Amphibious (3 ranks) – Swimming speed goes up 50 %, and potion effectiveness goes up 5, 10, or 15 %, depending on your rank.
Argonian Resistance (3 ranks) – Maximum health goes up 1, 2, or 3 %, and potion effectiveness goes up 5, 10, or 15 %, depending on your rank.
Quick To Mend (3 ranks) – You can be healed by others faster by 2, 4, or 6 %, depending on your rank.
Bosmer
Archery Expertise (1 rank) – if you use the Bow, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Vigor (3 ranks) – Stamina recover in combat goes up 3, 6, or 9 %, depending on your rank.
Resist Affliction (3 ranks) – Poison and disease resistance goes up 7, 14, or 21 %, and maximum stamina goes up 1, 2, or 3 %, depending on your rank.
Stealthy (3 ranks) – Stealth radius extends by 1, 2, or 3 meters, and stealth damage goes up 3, 6, or 9 %, depending on your rank.
Breton
Light Armor Affinity (1 rank) – if you use Light Armor, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Gift of Magnus (3 ranks) – Maximum Magicka goes up 4, 7, or 10 %, depending on your rank.
Spell Resistance (3 ranks) – Spell resistance goes up 32, 64, or a staggering 96 %, depending on your rank.
Magicka Mastery (3 ranks) – Magicka cost for spells go down by 1, 2, or 3 %, depending on your rank.
Dunmer
Ambidexterity (1 rank) – if you use Dual Wield, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Dynamic (3 ranks) – Maximum Magicka and stamina goes up 2, 4, or 6 %, depending on your rank.
Resist Flame (3 ranks) – Fire resistance goes up 10, 20, or 30 %, and maximum Magicka goes up 1, 2, or 3 %, depending on your rank.
Flame Talent (3 ranks) – Spells get an extra fire effect with a value of 1, 2, or 3, depending on your rank.
Imperial
Shield Affinity (1 rank) – if you use Shields and One-Handed weapons, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Tough (3 ranks) – Maximum health goes up 4, 8, or 12 %, depending on your rank.
Conditioning (3 ranks) – Maximum stamina goes up 4, 7, or 10 %, depending on your rank.
Red Diamond (3 ranks) – Melee attacks can restore 6 Health, by a probability of 2, 4, or 6 %, depending on your rank.
Khajit
Medium Armor Expertise Light Armor Affinity (1 rank) – if you use Medium Armor, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Robust (3 ranks) – Health regeneration goes up 5, 10, or 15 %, depending on your rank.
Stealthy (3 ranks) – Stealth radius extends by 1, 2, or 3 meters, and stealth damage goes up 3, 6, or 9 %, depending on your rank.
Carnage (3 ranks) – Melee attack critical rating goes up by 2, 4, or 6 %, depending on your rank.
Nord
Two-Handed Weapon Expertise (1 rank) – if you use Two-Handed weapons, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Robust (3 ranks) – Health regeneration goes up 5, 10, or 15 %, depending on your rank.
Resist Frost (3 ranks) – Cold resistance goes up 10, 20, or 30 %, and maximum health goes up 1, 2, or 3 %, depending on your rank.
Rugged (3 ranks) – Armor rating goes up by 2, 4, or 6, depending on your rank.
Orsimer
Heavy Armor Expertise Light Armor Affinity (1 rank) – if you use Heavy Armor, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Brawny (3 ranks) – Maximum health and stamina goes up by 2, 4, or 6 %, depending on your rank.
Robust (3 ranks) – Health regeneration goes up 5, 10, or 15 %, depending on your rank.
Swift (3 ranks) – Sprint cost is reduced by 4, 8, or 12 %, and sprint speed goes up by 3, 6, or 9 %, depending on your rank.
Redguard
Shield Affinity (1 rank) – if you use Shields and One-Handed weapons, skill experience goes up 15 %.
Vigor (3 ranks) – Stamina recover in combat goes up 3, 6, or 9 %, depending on your rank.
Conditioning (3 ranks) – Maximum stamina goes up 4, 7, or 10 %, depending on your rank.
Adrenaline Rush (3 ranks) – When you hit an enemy with a Melee attack, stamina is restored by 1, 2, or 3. The amount of stamina restored depends on your rank, but also, it cannot happen more often than once every 3 seconds.
