We are getting a brand new Wolfenstein video game experience, but this time set in the 1980s. The title was previously revealed but now we have a brand new trailer with some gameplay footage. In Wolfenstein: Youngblood, the game narrative takes place in the 1980s where our previously lead protagonist, BJ Blazkowicz has gone missing and its up to his twin daughters to track him down. We’re told during the E3 2019 Bethesda press conference that this particular installment will be bigger than ever before.
With hope in finding their father players will head into a Nazi occupied Paris as Jessica and Sophia while lending a helping hand to the French Resistance. Developers over at MachineGames is also crafting this campaign to be compatible with two players. This means that you and a friend can join in together as you embark on your mission to locate BJ Blazkowicz.
Players can expect plenty of Nazis to kill and a plethora of new weapons to gather. Take a look at the new gameplay footage and trailer posted above. Also, you can mark your calendar as Wolfenstein: Youngblood will release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch platforms on July 26, 2019.
