Sony is set to bring 50 games including 10 PlayStation 4 titles to this year's Tokyo Game Show with Mark Cerny's Knack and Capcom's Deep Down among them.
Deep Down is an online RPG title headed up by Yoshinori Ono of Street Fighter fame; the game was first revealed at the PS4's announcement event in February.
Vita and PS3 highlights include Tearaway, Gran Turismo 6, PES 2014 and Final Fantasy: Lightning Returns XIII. The lineup was revealed in a press release from Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia today.
Sony is set to host a press conference on September 9th but it's unclear what will be discussed at the event.
A keynote entitled 'The World PlayStation 4 Creates' will also be hosted on September 19th, the day TGS begins. Attending the keynote will be Sony Computer Entertainment president and group CEO Andrew House, senior vice president Masayasu Ito, and Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida.
We'll likely learn the release date of the PS4 in Japan then.
The PS4 is set to be launched in North America on November 15th for $399 and in Europe on November 29th for €399/£349.
The Tokyo Game Show runs from September 19th to 22nd.
