Total War: Rome 2 Devs Go Head-to-Head in Multiplayer Combat

August 22, 2013 by Ian Miles Cheong

Here’s a new gameplay video of two developers going against each other in Total War: Rome 2.

The Creative Assembly has released a new Let's Play video for Total War: Rome 2, showcasing multiplayer for what may be the first time ever, as two developers go head-to-head against each other.

Trish Ryniak and Elliott Lock take each other head-on in a straight-up, open terrain skirmish match. Who emerges victorious? Watch the above video to find out.

Sega has announced that the game will be released worldwide on September 3rd. If you pre-order the game you'll get access to the Greek Culture Pack which unlock three extra factions for use in the game – bringing the total to 12. The game is already the most pre-ordered title in the franchise to date.

For more on Rome 2: Total War, check out these other gameplay and campaign trailers which focus on Carthage. If that's not enough for you, there's even more game footage to be found here.

To make sure your PC can run the game you can find the minimum and recommendedspecs here.
