Over the last few days Blizzard has been releasing a series of teaser trailers for the PS3 version of Diablo 3 which is due to be released in September.
While the game itself isn't exactly a survival horror that's the vibe the footage seems to be aiming for and it certainly does a pretty good job of it. You can watch the teasers below.
Of course, Diablo 3 was first released on PC last year and met with significant problems as players struggled to log on to the game's servers. The PS3 version will not however require an internet connection. Diablo 3 is also coming to Xbox 360 but the teasers are for the PS3 version of the game presumably as a result of the partnership between Sony and Activision which was announced at the PS4 event in February.
Blizzard also plan to release the game for PS4 but that won't be until 2014. An Xbox One version of Diablo 3 has not yet been announced. The reason for the delay is to allow Blizzard to craft a version of the game specifically for each platform – this is also why Blizzard will not be releasing expansion packs at the same time across all systems.
