The casting has brought many fans in awe. We knew in the past that Cavill was an avid fan of the Witcher series, in specific the third entry of the game, the Wild Hunt; but the official casting of Cavill is quite a suprise. Showrunner Lauren Hissrich, confirms that Henry Cavill is perfect for the role, and leaves all doubt in the dust.
He was my first meeting. I didn’t have writers or scripts yet – just a greenlight and a lot of passion. That was four months ago, and I’ve never forgotten the passion he brought. He IS Geralt. He always has been. I’m so thrilled to welcome HENRY CAVILL to the #Witcher family.
