Available today, the Crysis 3: Lost Island DLC will give players new maps, weapons and modes to play with in the competitive multiplayer.
The 4 new multiplayer maps will follow the theme of island locations. The Coastline map sits on an island coastline (who knew) and will leave players to shoot around the buildings of a fishing village. The Crossing map runs a river down the middle of the map with shallow water on one side and bridges players can use to cross the river.
The Creek map places players in a paddy field with multiple bridges connecting steep ridges above water. The Ascent map brings some verticality featuring a tall waterfall and small caves. The move to jungle themed settings will help players take a break from the gray skyscrapers of the main game.
Also included, two new objective modes come with The Lost Island DLC. The Possession mode rewards players who kill and also carry a flag within a time limit. Frenzy randomizes weapons and loadouts in a free-for-all matchup.
The Crysis 3: The Lost Island DLC will launch for PS3 and PC for 14.99 and Xbox 360 for 1200 Microsoft points.
