The physical sales tracker, GFK Chart-Track, has just released this weeks sales score and it looks like Mario Kart 8: Deluxe still reigns supreme.
The recently release Half-Life-esque title Prey only managed to lose first place by a small margin said Games Industry Biz’s Chris Dring on Twitter stating that the difference was that of 600 units sold.
As usual, GTA V continues to perform exceptionally well, taking the 3rd position, followed by the famed Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Nintendo Switch’s The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild still maintains its place in the Top 10, sitting at no. 7, while Ghost Recon: Wildlands taps out of the Top 10 for Forza Horizon 3.
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Prey
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
- Lego Worlds
- Rocket League
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- FIFA 17
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- Forza Horizon 3
Remember, GFK tracks physical sales and doesn’t account for digital copies. Considering the ease of downloading titles rather than going out and purchasing them, Prey could have easily beaten Mario Kart 8: Deluxe in overall sales.
