Mass Effect: Andromeda Update Causes Big Issues For Some PC Gamers

April 8, 2017 by Dennis Patrick

Select PC gamers are unable to start Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Mass Effect: Andromeda recently just launched into the market and there are countless gamers going through BioWare’s latest RPG experience. Despite its rocky start with gamers displeased by some of the animations within certain characters, BioWare pushed on and has recently crafted a patch that would help resolve these issues.

While the patch did change up some of the facial features and animations, it cost some PC gamers with access towards their game completely. The news quickly hit on the EA help forums in which players started to chime in that after the patch successfully downloaded, Mass Effect: Andromeda would not start.

Even after attempting some of the more generic solutions to get the game back up in running such as making sure the game was fully updated along with graphic drivers, attempting to load the game offline, rebooting the computer, to even uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game, players are still left without the ability to run the game.

This has to be a bit of a headache, especially with the patch releasing towards the weekend, a prime time for some gamers to fully enjoy the title at their leisure. So far, there has not been any official update that would help fix the problem for the select gamers who are experiencing it.

In the meantime, these players will have to sit back and hope that a solution from BioWare is unleashed sooner rather than later.

Do you own a copy of Mass Effect: Andromeda on the PC platform? If so, let us know if this patch has caused your game to not completely load up within the comment down below.
