Sega, Creative Assembly, and Relic Entertainment have teamed up to launch a special RTS promotion that’s sure to satisfy RTS and non-RTS fans alike.
Make War Not Love 3 is a post-Valentine’s game promotion, for gamers who have Company of Heroes 2, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II, and Total War Attila. To participate, players actually have to play the game during the promo period on Steam, and win their games.
Here’s where most of us come in. After every round of play, Sega gives away free games, and by this what they do is give the games away to everyone. Last week, they already gave away Jet Set Radio, Golden Axe, and Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit.
For this week, you can get free copies of Streets of Rage 2, Binary Domain, and Condemned Criminal Origins. You will need to go to the Make War Not Love results page here and subscribe to the newsletter, but again, you’ll get free games. The upcoming third round promises copies of Gunstar Heroes, Renegade Ops, and Viking Battle for Asgard.
As for the actual players involved in the contest, whoever gets their game to win will earn free DLC for their game. For Total War, that will be the upcoming Slavic Nations Culture Pack.
