Naruto Shippuden isn't just an anime series. It's since been "ported" as it were to a variety of video game consoles. The latest iteration of the series comes in the form of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact, which will be getting a release exclusive to Sony's old PlayStation Portable (PSP).
A newly released trailer from the Tokyo Game Show shows off quite a bit of the game's features, including a new "Rush Battle" system that allows you to face off against hordes of enemies, which you can crush with your "Ultimate Jutsu."
Your opponents include run-of-the-mill ninjas, Orochimaru, Eight-Tails, Pain, The Five Kage, and many more. The game also includes a story mode through the point of view of the Akatsuki. The game's story covers the entire Naruto Shippuden storyline from the beginning to the most recent episodes.
Additionally, the game allows you to customize your character with a variety of cards, and do battle against your friends in multiplayer.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact is set for a PSP release on October 21, 2011.
