The latest update for Grand Theft Auto V’s multiplayer portion, GTA Online, has gone live. It includes some new tools for Stunt Race creation, which follows on the heels of last week’s Special Vehicle Circuit content add-on.
This week’s patch aims to highlight the abilities of vehicles such as the Rocket Voltic, Ruiner 2000, and Blazer Aqua, according to developer Rockstar, with the addition of new props. These include hurdles, boosts, and explosive crates. New Stunt Tubes “will send racers on a trip through alternative dimensions” and destructible walls will shake up race tracks if creators decide to use them when making new tracks.
And finally, what would GTA be without a flashy new car making its debut? The Hijak Ruston is a “lightweight and pint-sized addition to the Sports class.” As the description states it is a tiny speedster, almost like a kit car in its appearance. It is designed to get you close to the road.
Last week, Rockstar teased some more upcoming content for GTA Online. This will feature Classic GTA vehicles including a “particularly morbid muscle car”, which is coming soon, and new modes such as Top Down and Resurrection are also on the way.
