With Medal of Honor Warfighter's beta in full force, EA is keeping the ball rolling by releasing a few more things for FPS fans to pore over.
First up, for those curious to know what you can unlock in the game's multiplayer beta, EA has released a handy chart to let players know what weapons, attachments and other stuff can be unlocked in the beta.
According to Game Designer Daniel Wiksten, "Start by choosing an Assaulter from any of the game’s 12 units, including the British SAS, German KSK, Korean UDT, and U.S. Navy SEAL. The unit you choose determines the weapon you’ll take into battle, at least for now."
He adds that "In the Beta, you can unlock 12 units and their powerful weapons," and, "Every kill you acquire with a weapon gets you closer to the Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert medals for that weapon. Earn a medal to unlock new weapon attachments!"
In the final game, players will be able to unlock 72 operators plus their weapons and additional attachments.
In addition to the chart, EA has also released a special episode of their "PWNED" series that's dedicated to Medal of Honor Warfighter. You can see the various classes and their abilities being shown off and if that's old news for you, there's also an interview with a former Tier 1 Operator on what their favorite weapon is, and even one where they talk with an SAS agent, too.
Are you liking the beta so far or does it need a few more months in the oven to cook before it's October 23 release date? Sound off on what you think needs to be improved.
