Bethesda continues to apologise for lack of Skyrim DLC on PS3

October 5, 2012 by Julie Horup

At least it’s not Sony’s fault.

Hearthfire DLC launched for Skyrim on PC yesterday, and the expansion has already been available on Xbox 360 for a while, but how about the PS3 players? Well, you're still not getting anything.

The only thing you're getting from Bethesda is an excuse and another explanation as to why Sony's platform acts up every time Bethesda wants to release DLC for their games.

Yesterday Pete Hines took to Twitter (via Eurogamer) to let PS3 gamers know that Bethesda is still working on a solution, but so far it's not looking too good.

"We're still on it," he said. "Will share update when I have one."

"The performance isn't good enough in all cases," Hines added. "For most folks, it'd be fine. For some, it wouldn't be."

The comments led to an angry fan lashing out, telling Hines that Bethesda should own up to their own faults, which they actually do.

"We've never blamed anyone or anything. It's our problem, and it's on us to solve it."
