Dark Souls III’s Ringed City DLC is set to release later this month. Video game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has decided to release several new screenshots for the second and final expansion for From Software’s action-RPG. The recently revealed images provide looks at what the add-on will feature such as a new boss, new weapons, and more.
Fans get a taste of what is to come in The Ringed City DLC’s weapon department, as what appears to be a new, curved flaming sword and magic staff, along with a heartless antagonist wielding a blade of fire, and a giant dragon, the looks of which may be a big bad boss.
Players also get a glance a new gloomy environments and fierce encounters. These screenshots solidify previously revealed in-game assets for the DLC, as From Software and Bandai Namco also put out a game trailer about a month ago that shows what the expansion has to offer.
Dark Souls III: The Ringed City has a price point of $15. If you want the first expansion as well, Ashes of Ariandel, you can get the game’s $25 season pass.
Dark Souls 3 is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, while The Ringed City DLC is set to launch on March 28, 2017.
