The intense action title Nioh has gained a lot of traction since its release. It has been met with positive feedback from gamers, and critics alike.
Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo have plans in place to support players who are hungry for more than just the main story. During a Japanese livestream yesterday, Koei Tecmo shared the first details on the mix of free and paid downloadable content for Nioh.
Fans will be seeing two free content updates, followed by three premium downloadable packs. The content will be the following:
- In March, ten new high difficulty missions will added for free
- Players can verse each other in April with the second free update.
- The first premium DLC pack, Dragon of The North, also arrives in April and includes new levels, gear, scenarios, characters, guardian spirits, and yokai.
- Unfortunately, the next two premium expansions, Japan’s Best Warrior and Peaceful and Tranquil, were not detailed or given any sort of release window.
Nioh is available now exclusively on PlayStation 4.
