Sony and Japan Studios have announced Rain, a PlayStation Network game that has you playing as a boy invisible when not stood in the rain. As you journey and solve puzzles, you'll get access to more and more of the beautiful world. It looked absolutely beautiful and will be a must-play by people who enjoyed things like ICO and Journey.
Japan studios is also working on a new game called Puppeteer, an unusual new game said to be unlike anything else we've ever seen. With a rather complicated story, Puppeteer is a magical quest for a pair of scissors. A 2D platformer with an absolutely amazing, unique style, it looks like Puppeteer will offer an awful lot to people who enjoy this sort of game.
In Puppeteer, the stage changes as you play through the game, and the animations resemble a cross between a string puppet theater and LittleBigPlanet. It's certainly one of the more artistic games we've seen this generation.
