As part of it's pre-Gamescom press conference, Capcom has now revealed a brand-new IP for current-gen consoles.
Titled "Remember Me," the game is being developed by Dontnod Entertainment is set on Neo-Paris in the year 2084. Players will take on the role of Nilin, a former elite memory hunter with the ability to break into peoples' minds and steal or even alter their memories.
Notice I said "former?" It's because Nilin has been arrested and had her memory wiped clean. Now, Nilin must set out to rediscover her identity and found out the people behind it.
Here's our first look at this cyberpunk action adventure title.
I particularly like that Capcom is going with a female protagonist that doesn't need to bare her booty to let people know she can handle herself.
Hopefully, this theme continues when Remember Me's released next year for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
