Ubisoft has put together a new live-action trailer for the upcoming Assassin's Creed 3. Titled "Rise", the new trailer is among one of the more patriotic (read: American) things we've seen of the game.
The trailer comes as no surprise, as it's been released to tie in with the 4th of July celebrations.
The footage within the trailer has various Americans to rebel against the British empire, one of whom happens to be a child who—rather humorously—chooses not to learn the history of a country he'll never see. Because history class sucks.
Despite the pro-American tones of Assassin's Creed 3's marketing, it's hard to say whether the game itself will be as jingoistic given the fact that a number of America's founding fathers were outed as Templars earlier within the series.
Assassin's Creed 3 is set for release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 30, 2012.
