If you have your eye on an Xbox One S, Microsoft has launched a new promotion that might be appealing to you. The offer began yesterday, September 25th and will continue for the rest of this week, ending October 1st.
A number of retailers including Amazon, Target, GameStop, and Microsoft’s own store will be participating in this deal. You will get a free game of your choosing when you buy a new console at those retailers.
The offer is valid on Xbox One S bundles that already come with free games such as the Halo, Madden, or FIFA bundles as well. So you are getting multiple freebies if you choose to take up this offer. Xbox One S bundles start at $300.
However, this deal is not valid for preorder games or on secondhand consoles. Xbox Wire has more specifics about this deal.
The deal comes right before the release of Microsoft’s Forza Horizon 3, which drops September 27th.
The new Xbox One S made its debut this past August. The system boasts a 40% smaller size than its original model and features an internal power supply.
The console also features HDR support for some games and comes with a new Xbox One controller that features Bluetooth support and textured grips.
