The developers of Amnesia: The Dark Descent and the makers of Dear Esther have teamed up to create a sequel to Amnesia that's titled Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs.
Any machines made for pigs aren't particularly pleasant, so I expect this Amnesia to be as equally unpleasant as its name implies.
Frictional Games released a teaser trailer for Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs as a reward to buyers who purchased the most recent Humble Indie Bundle, which featured Amnesia as one of its offerings.
This first teaser of A Machine for Pigs gives us a small glimpse at the horrors to come. The game is being developed as an indirect sequel to the first Amnesia and is set to take place in the same horrific universe to which Amnesia belongs.
Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is set for release this Fall on the PC. Expect it, and make sure to have some spare underwear.
