Diablo 3 developer Blizzard is faced with legal action in France over players experiencing connection issues with the action RPG.
The “UFC Que Choisir” organization, who focuses on protecting consumers over a variety of products, has received a staggering amount of complaints from Diablo 3 players (via IncGamers). To be exact, over 1500 complaints were made within 4 days, all of whom stressed the issues pertaining to connection issues.
Blizzard has been requested by the firm to conjure up a permanent solution in the next 15 days, as well as clearly stating the game's problems when they occur. If they fail to act on the request, UFC Que Choisir will resolve to legal action against the developer.
That's not all, though; the French company has said the affected players should be given damages for the troubles they have encountered.
Prior to the news regarding potential legal action Blizzard faces in France, Blizzard’s offices were being investigated, which is also accompanied by threats of lawsuits by Korean authorities.
