The third game in the Mafia series comes out in October, and the makers of the game had plenty to say about it about PAX. The story of Mafia III revolves around Lincoln Clay and his saga of revenge against the rival family that screwed him over.

But when it comes to post-launch content for the game, Hanger 13 and 2K Games have a sweet line-up in store. In terms of free content, everyone can look forward to new outfits to deck out Lincoln with. For the first 30 days after launch, everyone can grab the “Judge, Jury, and Executioner” golden weapons pack for free. There will be a focus on deeper vehicle customization, which will come in handy as you’ll have the chance to race around the city for money and other rewards.
For paid expansions, 2K Games has three additional stories to tell here. The first one is called “Faster, Baby!” and has Lincoln teaming up with a former lover of his to take down a corrupt Sheriff in town. “Sign of the Times” has Lincoln hunting down a cult that’s responsible for a spree of killings. Finally, “Stones Unturned” has Lincoln and CIA agent John Donovan working together to put an end to some old Vietnam war feud history.
