Crysis 3 sees the return of the second game's protagonist, Prophet, into a New York City overrun by the unnatural growth of plantlife, which transforms the once grey city into a dense urban jungle—literally.

Three unwitting Cell operatives (the villains from the second game) appear to be his targets, and one of them can be seen reeling from a bolt to the chest while two others walk ahead of him, unaware of their buddy's bad luck.
Crysis 3 is expected to receive more coverage at EA's presentation during E3, and is set for release on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2013.
