Microsoft and Remedy today announced that Quantum Break will be available through Valve’s digital storefront on September 14th. The game will also be available in a physical version, Quantum Break: Timeless Collector’s Edition.
Steam’s version of Quantum Break will include “all of the latest updates.” Microsoft has stated in a news release. Quantum Break‘s Steam version and the Timeless Collector’s Edition will retail for $40.
Nordic Games is publishing the retail version of Quantum Break.
“Apart from being a new IP (which is always a brave step), Quantum Break turned out to be a sophisticated, visually stunning shooter with a top-notch cast of actors,” Nordic Games executive Reinhard Pollice said in a statement.
The Timeless Collector’s Edition includes the following content:
- Premium packaging
- 5 game discs (one-time Steam key redemption required)
- Making of Blu-Ray
- Making of Book
- 1 Soundtrack CD (Audio-CD)
- 2 Posters
- Quickstart Guide
Quantum Break originally released in April for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. The announcement of the Steam version today comes after Xbox boss Phil Spencer said that more Steam releases of Microsoft-published games were on the way.
