If you ever wondered how drones and other robotics are tailored to warfare, then this video by our friends over at VICE magazine should answer those questions.
The video, which is the first pat of a three-part series, is titled "Robots of War," and ties up with Ubisoft's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. It explores the real side of modern warfare and while it might lack the standard gunfights and explosions one expects from trailers, it's nonetheless an intriguing look at how modern tech helps the soldiers of today.
Give the trailer a watch as P.W. Singer, America's forefront expert when it comes to modern warfare technology, talks about robotics, drones and what the future of warfare holds.
Speaking of which, I'm not sure if I should be creeped out or be awed by that robotic soldier going up the stairs…it does look impressive though, I'll give it that.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is out today for the Xbox 360 and the PS3.
