Half-Life 3 may seem like the new Duke Nukem Forever, in that no one knows when it's coming out and Valve seems content to remain mum on the matter.
That may all be changing with a tweet posted on the official IGN twitter account which reads simple: "Wake up and smell the ashes."

IGN may know something we don't, and tweets like this are—to my knowledge—out of the ordinary. Given the site's penchant for exclusives, don't be surprised if they announce Valve's most wanted title sometime soon. We just hope it'll be before any of us die of old age. Does IGN know something about Half-Life 3 that they aren't telling us about?
