Neptune V Announced for Playstation 3

April 10, 2012 by Jacob Saylor

Like planet Neptune?

You know how long it took me to find a satisfactory picture for this article? So long. Just so, so long.

Furthermore, does anyone really care about Neptune V? I mean the title is as misleading as Groundhog's Day. There have only been two Neptune games on the Playstation 3, and apparently they are skipping two games! Well, my young padawans… the "V" stands for "Victory" in this game's title. So, yeah – the trick is on you!

Now that I have grinded out some useless, yet hopefully mildly-entertaining text, we can get to the meat of the article. What is new in Neptune V?

Well, that is just it. This article is an announcement, and pretty much only an announcement. All we can tell you is that the game is set in the 1980's and features graphics that are a step up from previous iterations. The graphical growth is a given, so yeah – we have wetted your appetite with the 1980's-based setting… filling, right?

In all seriousness, there will be some more information coming along the wire soon, according to AndriaSang. Watch Gameranx for more information.

That was pretty shameless. I feel bad now.
