There’s a big rumor on a potential delay for GTA 6, but only partially.
As shared on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit by MaQu1337, a leaker named Graczdari claims that there are no boxed editions of the game planned for its November 2026 launch.
Graczdari says the game is launching digital only to avoid story and gameplay leaks. Editor Mateusz Wróbel, who wrote about Graczdari’s rumor for PPE.pl, further claims that they heard about this delay three months ago.
PPE.pl finally chose to report the rumor now because of Graczdari’s credibility. Tom Henderson himself has backed up Graczdari.
There’s conflicting information on when the disc versions of the game will release. They have sources claiming it will only be 3 to 4 weeks later, but others said it will take early 2027.
Apparently, more information will come up in the middle of February. It’s not clear if that could be an announcement or Rockstar, or another update from the rumor mill.
