Microsoft has revealed Xbox Developer Direct for this year.
The presentation is scheduled on January 22, 2026, streaming at 10 AM PST.
What Will Be On The Direct?
They have announced three games to be featured on the show.
Playground Games will finally reveal the Fable reboot. Development started in 2020, so it’s about time for it to finish development.
We’re also going to see Playground Games’ Forza Horizon 6. Microsoft had to reassure fans that Forza was still an ongoing franchise last year, so this is welcome news.
Both games are dated for 2026 on Xbox and PC, so we will probably get release dates on this show.
Game Freak will also be bringing their first non-Nintendo game in some time, action RPG Beast of Reincarnation. And of course, Xbox will share trailers and previews for even more games on the show.
