Rockstar shared a reminder to Grand Theft Auto Online players.

They gave this message over the weekend:

If you completed all three New Listings Missions before December 7 you only have until January 7 to take advantage of your GTA$2,000,000 discount on all Prix Luxury mansion properties in GTA Online.

Who Is This Message For?

If this is the first time you’re hearing about New Listings Missions, unfortunately, you already missed out.

These missions launched as part of the Money Fronts update back in November 13, 2025. The missions ended on December 8, 2025, and that’s for storyline reasons.

Why These Missions Were Time Limited

If you were playing Grand Theft Auto Online at this time, you should know what happened. Mr. Faber decided to enter Los Santos with his real estate company Prix Luxury.

In preparation for this new venture, Prix hires you to help prepare the locations where they were going to start building mansions.

If you completed the missions on time, you earned the Gold Tier Awards. That includes the GTA$2,000,000 cash discount on Prix Luxury’s mansions.

You would also get an additional GTA$1,000,000 cash bonus, and a New Rockstar Games Varsity Crew Neck Sweater.

The Set Up For A Safehouse In The Hills

If you played these missions and completed them, you helped bring the mansions into Grand Theft Auto Online yourself. It adds an extra layer of achievement for you personally, and we imagine you probably also got an Xbox achievement or PlayStation trophy for it too.

But the cash discount is ultimately a nice little bonus to convince players to log in earlier, and get them hyped up for mansions.

Should You Take Advantage Of The Discount?

Of course, you only ever saw Grand Theft Auto Online fans who were eager for the mansions to be tweeting about it. While the GTA$2,000,000 discount is nice, if you’re not really interested in playing, or you need to save up on money, you may be better off passing on it.

The mansions cost between GTA$11,500,000 to GTA$12,800,000. On top of that, you’ll need to pay more for the amenities, including the AI concierge.

But, you may also ultimately prefer to take advantage of the discount now. If you paid for the equivalent GTA$2,000,000 in real world cash, you would need to spend about $ 30 in Shark Cards.

But of course, with the holiday break coming up, some of you could earn the extra GTA$ needed to afford a mansion by just playing the game.

We hope you have a good holiday break, possibly by running around to get your first mansion free.
