A new type of enemy is coming to BioShock Infinite, and it looks like George Washington.
Officially called the Motorized Patriot, this menacing character is a machine that wears a wax mask modeled after George Washington and a wig and outfit to go along. Armed with a gatling gun called the Peppermill, the Motorized Patriot is one of many unique enemies that you’ll face on Columbia.
The Motorized Patriot is a part of a class of enemies called Heavy Hitters, who exist to support and augment the more traditional enemies. You’ll encounter them in certain areas of the game and provide a unique challenge to the player.
Unlike most enemies in the game, the Motorized Patriot is completely fearless and doesn’t have a sense of self-preservation. As he takes serious damage, his mask will come off revealing a metal skeleton underneath. To take him out, you’ll also have to destroy the gears on his back and not simply pump him full of bullets.
BioShock Infinite is coming to the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 16.
