Irrational Games has just announced that in addition to the release date of Bioshock Infinite this coming October, the game's PS3 version is set to include the first game in the franchise on the Blu-ray disc that it's on.
Additionally, the company also stated that the upcoming shooter would also come with full, native support for the PlayStation Move controller out of the box, although they shared no details on how the game would work with the motion controls.
Ken Levine praised Sony for its innovation with the Move controller last year at E3 2011, and also confirmed that the game was in development for the PS Vita.
The developer has also admitted a personal preference for mouse and keyboard gaming so PC gamers shouldn't expect to be sold short with the PC version.
Today's announcements only pertained to the game's release on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Information about the PS Vita version of Bioshock Infinite is expected to be forthcoming.
