Grand Theft Auto fans are waiting on that fabled release of GTA 6. The development team has been hard at work to deliver a thrilling experience upon its eventual release. However, the folks over at Rockstar finally offered our first glimpse of the game late last year.
This trailer is the only shred of official materials released for Grand Theft Auto VI. While fans are waiting for more details, others have looked at this trailer for anything and everything. We’ve gotten countless breakdown videos highlighting what could be coming and even small easter eggs from the franchise. However, one thread this month on X showcased a slew of mistakes from this first trailer.
GTA 6 Countdown took to X and released a series of clips pointing out mistakes. These ranged from lighting issues to NPC positions to animations. The thread gained so much popularity that even a Rockstar Games developer took to X and made a jab at it. Which we found thanks to a report from Dexerto.
The associate gameplay systems engineer simply comments on the thread with “breaking news: video game is actually a video game.”
No game is perfect, and the posts featuring mistakes might just be small nitpicking. Still, it’s obvious that fans are eager for more content on this game and are forced to look at the same trailer, so little issues like these are bound to come up.
