The smash hit vehicular soccer game, Rocket League, is finally getting a physical release for the Xbox One and Playstation 4 on July 5 in the US, Psyonix and 505 announced today via a press release. The US release will actually follow the June 24 debut of the game in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The physical release will be called Rocket League: Collector’s Edition, and like the digital download version released in February, it will include the original game, as well as everything included in the Supersonic Fury, Revenge of the Battle-Cars and Chaos Run expansion packs.
In addition to everything that has already been released for Rocket League, fans can also expect the Collector’s Edition to include four new cars, though it is not yet clear whether or not these vehicles will be exclusive to the Collector’s Edition, or if they’ll be made available for purchase for everyone else.
More information regarding the four new cars will be released in the coming weeks, according to 505 Games.
