The classic online FPS has made its way to the Android OS for free! Thanks to the Unity 3D engine, Counter Strike 1.6 is no longer restricted to the PC and even supports online multiplayer, though this is not an official release as far as I am aware. So, for those of you who logged hundreds of hours playing the game in university back in the early 2000s, you can now enjoy it on your Android phone on the to work!
The above video shows CS 1.6 running on the Sony Xperia Play, and although the guy playing definitely has the controls down pat, it still looks rather difficult just like most FPSs on touch-screen devices.
The game is only available on the XDA forum and not the Android Market so, just as a warning, it will take a little extra effort to get it installed.
