Esper 2, a launch game for the Oculus Rift, will have some very famous voices in its cast.
The original Esper was released on Samsung Gear VR, and Esper 2 will tread similar ground. Your character is an agent in an organization named ESPR. In this world, a singular event awakened all the telekinetics, and your work is based around dealing with these telekinetics. One villainous fellow in particular is on the chase for a mysterious artifact, and you will have to thwart his plans to get it.
Eric Meyers is reprising his role as Geoff, and joining him are these three famous actors:
Nick Frost is a British comedian best known for his collaborations with friend and director Simon Pegg. He appeared in all three films in the Three Flavors Cornetto; namely, Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, and At World’s End.
Lara Pulver is an English theatre, film, and movie actress. She played the role of Irene Adler in the BBC crime series Sherlock. (This is the modern adaptation of Sherlock Holmes starring Benedict Cumberbatch and directed by Steven Moffat.)
Sean Pertwee is a British actor, the son of former Dr. Who actor Jon Pertwee. He recently made a name for himself playing Alfred Pennyworth in the Fox TV series Gotham.
The trailer seems to suggest you will not get to see any of these actors’s characters, but you’re going to be hearing their dulcet tones as they talk to the protagonist throughout the game.
Esper 2 is a launch title for Oculus Rift and has been rated Comfortable by Oculus VR. You can watch its launch trailer below.
