The world might be an irradiated wasteland in Fallout 4, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be super stylish as you attempt to bring order back into the Commonwealth. One of the best things about the game is the amount of customization you have with your character, but the lack of fashions in the wasteland will put a damper on your post-apocalyptic Zoolander ambitions.
A new mod developed by Ascendia combines the work of other modders, including Eferas, cat_woman1989, Niero, Deserter X, invalidfate and ANiceOakTree to provide gamers with a host of outfits to the Commonwealth. The idea behind the project is to provide players with a more cowboy/cowgirl/wastelander feel. According to Ascendia, the mod was first developed as a personal project that eventually ballooned into something much bigger. The mod is lore-friendly, so none of the items will feel out of place.
As with any mod developed prior to the release of the Fallout 4 official modding tools, don’t expect it to be bug-free, so there might be some clipping going on–but from what I’ve seen, it’s no different than anything Bethesda’s created.
Check out the gallery below for the outfits you’ll be able to wear. Personally, I dig the beanie and the duster coat. And the new hairstyles are infinitely better anything the base game has to offer.
