Activision has revealed the finer details of yesterday’s Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence DLC release date(June 3, 2010) announcement. The DLC will push you back 1200MS points($15) and will be available for download on XBL, June 3.
The Resurgence DLC will be packed with five maps – three mentioned below are entirely new and two maps(Vacant and Strike) make an emphatic return from COD: Modern Warfare.
The three new maps –
Carnival: set in an old amusement park.
Trailer Park: features super tight corridors and is described as “a maze to get through”.
Fuel: an oil refinery that’s said to function as “another sniper haven”.
The two reincarnated maps will be featuring some cool changes including new visuals, atmosphere and new exciting stuff.
PC and PS3 gamers have to wait before Activision makes an official announcement for other platforms. We’ll keep you posted on any further development on that.
